1. Recommended Retail Price (RRP)
- The Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for our Busy Cube Medium is 129 EUR.
- Resellers are expected to adhere to the stated RRP in their retail sales.
- As a rule, prices are adjusted once a year, and partners are notified of this at least one month in advance.
2. Pricing for Resellers (Wholesale Prices)
Wholesale prices for resellers depend on the purchase volume (72pcs - 1 euro pallet):
- 1st step Up to 72 units): 25% - 79.96eur
- 2nd step (73–144 units): 30% - 74.63eur
- 3rd step (145–288 units): 35% - 69.30eur

Depending on the order volume, we can offer free shipping and a fixed price for one year or more.
3. Payment Terms
Minimum order amount: 10 units.
Payment options available:
100% prepayment.
For regular clients: 50% prepayment and 50% upon delivery.
4. Delivery Terms
International delivery:
All delivery costs are calculated individually.

Delivery terms are negotiated individually with each reseller.

5. Returns and Warranty
Quality assurance: All toys comply with EU safety standards.
Return of defective items:
If defects are found, the buyer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Defective items can be exchanged or refunded.
Return of non-defective items: Possible only by prior agreement and if the items retain their original condition.

8. Rules for Obtaining Samples
Sample Pricing:
The cost of a sample is 50 EUR (+ VAT). For international clients, VAT will be excluded if applicable.
Shipping costs for samples are paid by the client and depend on the destination.
Conditions for Sample Requests:
Clients must provide their company details (e.g., company name, registration number, and VAT number if applicable).
Samples are limited to one unit per product.
Reimbursement Policy:
The sample cost will be deducted from the first wholesale order if the order amount exceeds 72units.
Delivery Time:
Samples will be dispatched within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
