Our Story

We're more than just a toy company; we're passionate advocates for the power of purposeful, hands-on play in early childhood development.

We started Busy Buddy Toys because we believe that the right tools can unlock a child's natural curiosity, build foundational skills, and foster a lifelong love of learning – all without the need for screens or complicated instructions.

Our journey started in Latvia in 2024, born from a simple, relatable desire: a parent's passion for creating something truly special and beneficial for their own child.
Like many parents, our founders searched for unique toys that went beyond fleeting entertainment – toys that would genuinely support crucial developmental stages for their growing toddler.

Fueled by a love for thoughtful design and a deep belief in the power of hands-on learning, the idea for Busy Buddy Toys took shape. We wanted to create toys that were not only engaging and beautifully crafted but also served a clear developmental purpose.

This passion quickly led to the creation of our very first product – the cornerstone Busy Cube – designed to pack learning and exploration into every side.

It all started with me as a mother, because I was always looking for a way to help my child make his childhood real, alive, imaginative and without pressure. So I decided to take part in creating toys that I know will help me and my children.
